Exclusion is systemic, not individual. Lasting change means working at both levels at once — with the people navigating these systems, and on the systems themselves.
We work directly with individuals and communities, creating access to skills, capital, networks, and support, so that people are better equipped to participate in and shape the economic systems around them. At the same time, we work to identify, challenge, and reimagine the structural barriers that make those systems exclusionary in the first place.
